What is Blue Plate?
You would find a Blue colored plate on most Buildings, Homes, and Commercial centers. These Blue plates are nothing but addresses of these places. The blue plate will have the info such as Building No., Street No., and Zone No. mentioned in Arabic and English languages.

QAaddress is an App that allows you to find addresses by entering basic details like Building No., Street No., and Zone No.
How do you find an address through QAddress?

Step 1: Click on the Button below to Download and Install the “Q Address” App. `
Step 2: Open the App
Step 3: Enter 3 details: Building No., Street No., and Zone No. and Click on the search.
Step 4: Here you will find your exact address and links provided. The app will show addresses along with Google Maps and Waze as options to select navigations.

QPlaces for IOS
App Name in IOS is “Qplaces”.
Step 1: Click on the Button Below to Download and Install the “QPlaces” App.
Step 2: Open the App and Enter 3 details: Building No., Street No., and Zone No.
Step 4: Click on the search. The app will show addresses along with Google Maps and Waze as options to select navigations.
What if Blue Plate is not there?
If at some places or Infrastructure, you don’t see a blue plate, need not worry as it is a Free and Easy process to get the same installed. Below are the steps and process of How to install the Blue Plate.
Online Process for Installation of Blue Plate:
You can visit Hukoomi, The official E-Government portal of Qatar, or the Oun App.
Step Wise Guide through the Hukoomi website.
Step 1: Click on the button below to Visit the Hukoomi official website.
Step 2: Select the “Services” tab and click on “View All”.
Step 3: Click on the search bar and type “My Address”
Step 4: Select “Request to install MY ADDRESS sign”
Step 5: Fill out the online form by entering Personal details such as Name, Mobile Number, and Qatar ID number
Step 6: Enter the Nearest Address details or Location or PIN no
Step 7: Click on “Start Workflow”
Steps to Register through “Oun App”
Step 1: Click on the Button below to Install the Oun App.
Step 2: Select your Preferred language as Arabic or English
Step 3: Enter the QID number and Mobile number to log in
Step 4: Select “All Services”
Step 5: Click on “My Address Plate”
Step 6: Enter all Relevant and Necessary Details
Step 7: Click on “Submit”
Offline Process for Installation of Blue Plate:
Step 1: You can connect to call center No. “184”
Step 2: Send mail to “contact@hukoomi.qa” or Raise a ticket from the official Hukoomi website.
Step 3: You can visit the Headquarters of the Centre of Geographic Information Systems (GIS)
